download: Cecilia/Amanda de Elliott Smith

Le 06 avril le label Kill Rock Stars rééditera Roman Candle, premier album de feu le magnifique Elliott Smith (photo : Autumn de Wilde). Cet album était paru en 1994 via Cavity Search Records. La nouvelle version bénéficie d’une remastérisation par Larry Crane.

From a Basement on the Hill sorti en 2004 (après la disparition du musicien) sera lui réédité par le même label au même moment.

Pour l’occasion un inédit intitulé Cecilia/Amanda est offert. Il s’agit d’un titre enregistré en 1997 par Larry Crane au Jackpot! Recordings Studio. La chanson était destinée initialement à Stranger Than Fiction, l’un des premiers groupes d’Elliott Smith (quand il était encore étudiant) et avait pour titre Time is Ours Now à l’époque.
